Previous telesales experience is not essential but would be useful. At Marketing Addiction personality and commitment are more important than experience and qualifications.

You need

Possess an excellent telephone manner
Have a flair for sales
Have excellent communication skills

To be happy to work under pressure, motivate yourself and take responsibility for your own work
